Kingspan ensures, via adherence to Internal Procedures, that all items received are packaged, handled and stored in such a manner as to ensure their fitness for purpose at the time of their use. Specific attention is paid to handling of hazardous materials to ensure that Health & Safety at Work conditions are complied with.
Records of special handling and storage requirements are maintained, along with records of all deliveries made. Where special storage facilities have been established, records are maintained of any variation in critical parameters requiring control during the storage period, ie, temperature, humidity where appropriate.
