Kingspan Waste has many years experience in both the Construction and Building Services Sector. The company is one half of the Kingspan group which comprises both Kingspan Waste and our sister company, Kingspan Developments Ltd. Combined we have an annual turnover in excess of £13million from our 2 Brighton based sites and offices in London.

We maintain growth through progressive expansion; continually demonstrating competence, discipline and best practice in a fast moving industry. We have developed a natural aptitude for business and through our highly skilled team of Project Managers, Surveyors, Contract Managers, Engineers, Operatives and Admin Support Staff we are able to offer a professional and proactive approach in the delivery of building services to our extensive client base.

By implementing a flexible approach to our core business we have been able to successfully deliver responsive solutions that accommodate both our clients' budgetary and environmental constraints.

Our many years of experience within the building industry has enabled us to provide high quality, cost effective and sustainable solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers whilst understanding the operational demands they face. Training:

Training and development of all employees is high on the list of priorities at Kingspan and every member of staff is given training to the recognised standards within the appropriate area of responsibility. Aware that our people are the backbone of our business, we are committed to ensuring that our workforce remains professional, flexible and creative. To that end, these aims are achieved by staff commitment at all levels within our organisation and by the application of regular contract reviews carried out by senior management.

All new staff employed receive appropriate training both on joining the company and thereafter on an on-going basis. The initial induction covers familiarity with the business, Health and Safety, Conduct, Equality, Performance and use of equipment associated with the waste and skip hire business

Each of our vehicles is fitted with a tracking device providing real-time Tom Tom GPS vehicle tracking. Fleet tracking is a valuable management tool that allows us to respond to customer needs quicker by deploying our vehicles more efficiently.

Accurate and constant updated door-to-door navigation enables easy planning and allocation of operatives ensuring minimal travelling time.

Since installing the GPS tracking system to our fleet of vehicles we have experienced a dramatic increase in productivity, substantial fuel savings and greatly reduced operating expenses which we directly pass on to our customers.

All our vehicles are maintained regularly with our authorised repairers. This includes routine servicing, planned maintenance and repairs. Our Operations/Site Managers maintain servicing schedules that detail each vehicle's planned maintenance.

Kingspan Waste is a registered waste carrier who own and manage their own licensed waste transfer stations in accordance with Local Authorities, Environment Agency and License conditions.
